Taking good care of yourself can do wonders. Diet, skincare, and lifestyle changes can be transformative. Here are some adjustments that Samantha made to slow down the signs of aging and improve her skin.

Diet

Well, you don’t need to go on an extreme diet, the only thing important here is to eat healthy, fresh, and unprocessed food. Try to include whole grains, beans and legumes, fruits, nuts and seeds, leafy, and colorful veggies and meat, fish and animal products in your diet.
